Staff training needs to be strengthened! ! ! !nThere was a female clerk on the evening shift who had a bad attitude. She went to buy daily necessities twice. She asked her with a very good attitude and even smiled. The female clerk at the checkout gave a poor answer.nWhen I asked her about the additional purchases, I also answered hastily. The items on the shelves of the store were marked with the wrong price (different from the checkout price). If it weren’t for asking her several times (the answer is still poor), wouldn’t it be cheated? ?nAlthough it became clear that the price was incorrectly marked and refunded to me, the service attitude was so bad that I felt that if I could not do the service industry, I should study more. I can understand that the evening shift is tired, but if If you can't load your body, should you consider whether you can do the job?nIf it weren't for living near here, it just happened that the store's business hours were late, I really wouldn't even want to step in for the second time! ! !
