I tried some of the bacon. It's expensive for Taiwan but it is probably some of the best bacon you'll ever eat. Then keep the left over oil for cooking, it's delicious.

A little on the pricey side but the only place in southern Taiwan I know you can get real sausage. No sugar quality spicing and meat
