The newly opened Bar Balcony is located on Shengli Seventh Street, Zhubei City, with convenient transportation. The conspicuous neon signs seem to lead everyone who loves to drink into this charming world. The decoration follows a light industrial style, with cement walls, neon lights, projection curtains, and a bar with a full wine wall. It looks like a small space, but it has everything you need. Opening the menu and wine list is even more amazing for me. There are many types of wines, including the signature "Balcony Specials-Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter"; there are also creative cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, etc.; in terms of meals, there are Fried food, grilled food, stewed rice and omelette. We ordered the popular dish "Bacon Peeled Chili Skewers" today. I thought it would have the same texture as the outside barbecue restaurant, but when it was put in the mouth, it was really delicious and spicy. Another meal, "Grilled Cheese Shrimp Omelet", you can eat solid cheese every bite, which is also delicious! The highlight is of course the wine mix. There is a blue butterfly 🦋. This cup is called "autumn". It is based on vodka and added local citrus, with green apples, showing the feeling of autumn wind. The cup next to Autumn is "Winter", based on whiskey, with aromas of anise, campari and rose. The cup with Pepe Pig next to it is called "Pepe Pig". It is based on vodka and added with cranberries, lemon and rose. It is sweet and sour. The cup filled with wooden cups is "Kunshan Mumu", which uses rum as the base and mixes hazelnuts and macadamia beans into the wine. The fruity aroma presents a woody, thick and nutty aroma. If you want to wake up after drinking a few cups, you can also walk up to the balcony on the second floor.
