It's basically your last chance for a toilet break before going up Alishan!nApart from that, there is a souvenir store, and small museum, not really much to see.

Displays and videos on the local ecology and culture can be viewed. Lots of brochures on travel to the Alishan National Scenic Area. Staff is also on hand to answer questions. Bathrooms are many and clean. If visiting on a weekend you can also check out the outdoor market of the adjacent indigenous community.
