B1 food court is nice, department's store part is not so good, lacks of variety

Funky parking structure and even funnier elevator and escalator setups. I don’t know how it was conceived to design in this way so you navigate around doors, exit doors, escalators, elevators that don’t go to every single floor. When you are done eating or shopping, good luck finding your way back!

I usually come here for the attached supermarket and food court. The supermarket offers abundant fresh produce, meat and seafood. There is a wine cellar/good liquor and beer selection.

My friend’s review based on her personal experience was removed. This is too disgusting and despicable. If you don’t want bad review then educate your sales person to be able to provide good service instead of providing bad service and incorrect information to clients. Your sales person only wanted clients to PAY MONEY and didn’t even bother to make sure she was selling the correct merchandise after the client reminded her so many times. The client paid and went to designated shop to take the merchandise as instructed by Takashimaya’s sales person, but after having wasted clients so much time the client only found the designated shop didn’t have the correct merchandise either. #Uniarts
