Its not okay of keeping merchandise open there at such a situation. I hope the display improved. Or I would not shop there for food I am eating.

Large selection of bagels. they have same breads and croissants and huge cinnamon roll. Their stall always seems to have a generous portion of samples which I highly appreciate! I recommend the black sesame Bagel $60

Nice bakery with high quality bagel, bread and crossaint... provide tasting sample for a few kinds of items... They have a popular item name 'shed tears toast'...That will be out from the oven at 12pm everyday... A kind of white toast that's suitable for breakfast preparation ...The croissant is really fresh too! Bagel has a wide selection and the quality of it is high...

their cinnamon rolls barely contain any cinnamon( cause' Taiwanese don't like the flavor). It's just a tragic mess with lots of gooey cinnamon flavored brown sugar all over. Bagels are more expensive than the NY city price, two f$%king dollars a pop. This bakery rips off Taiwanese by any means possible. Shame.
