Mr SU HOTEL

Stayed here a couple of nights with my wife. The room was small and the alley view from the window wasn't spectacular but the place was clean and comfortable and good value for money. What gave it a 5th star for me were the staff who were unfailingly polite, friendly, and very accommodating.

Great hotel. The location is amazing, near to the river on a quiet zone but also close to public transport, restaurants and stores. I loved that they gave us free bycicles. It's a great way to discover the beautiful Kaoshiung. Such a great place! So many things to see!nnThe staff is amazing. They are super warm, kind and attentive. We feel grateful for Jean Wang and Jerry Tung who went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing time.nnThe hotel also has a lovely common area, where you have breakfast. They also provide nice free snacks (instant noodles, cookies, juices and even traditional taiwanese ice cream! my favorite was the peanuts flavor... amazing!).nnThe room was big, bright and super clean.nnReally good experience. For sure I will come again!

This hotel is perfect for making the best out of your visit to Kaohsiung. The location couldn’t be better, walking distance from tourist spots, lots of food, convenience stores, and anything you may need. It’s also close to public transport and they provide free bicycles which was perfect for exploring the city in the summer. We also really enjoyed strolling by the river, which is steps away from the hotel.nnWe loved the hotel amenities which give you a lot of value for your money: there’re washing machines, bicycles, ice-cream, cookies, instant noodles, coffee, tea, juices, all for free! The traditional popsicle they provide was the perfect dessert every night. The breakfast is also included, with different options to choose from.nnThe staff are the nicest, we really appreciated all their help and advice on where to go and what to eat. Special thanks go to Jean Wang and Jerry Tung, who were very efficient with all of our questions and always with a smile on their faces. You made us feel at home!nnThe room was also very comfortable, with all you need to relax and enjoy the city. Wi-fi was fast and reliable.nnDo not hesitate to stay here, we’d definitely come again next time we’re in the city!

Excellent excellent customer service. Hospitality exceeds many 5 star hotel. The room design could use some upgrade. Problems include a miniature sink and poor lighting.
