Characterized by skilled and friendly professional (follow SOP's to a T) experts in a clean, comfortable, and fragrant environment. However, the 2nd floor bathroom could used a little more cleaning and deodorizing. It's level of 'goodness' just didn't match the rest of the experience. You can imagine the jarring difference to your nose. My foot massage left me walking feeling like a kid walking in brand new sneakers. It also helped me relax into a good night of sleep. We went during off-peak hours, but it was still bustling with satisfied patrons. Call ahead and make an appointment to avoid walking away with sore feet in disappointment. If you enjoy your experience, be sure to note the # of your massage expert so you can request him or her next time.

Very bad customer service, the massage there is already more pricy than the other massage stores furthermore it even charges extra 10% service fee. I didn’t get the service that worth the price I paid!

Jack was fantastic! I had a headache and was coming down with a cold and felt much much better. AMAZING! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone about him who is the number 16 massage therapist. He has good massage techniques, professional and polite service.

Mould on the ceiling and walls. We came in 5 after our scheduled appointment and they decided without consulting us that we wouldn’t show up so we had to wait another hour as they were understaffed... I short, not as clean as it looks like and mismanagement...
