Very helpful staff, unfortunately the bike I wanted wasn't available in my size. Would buy if I could.

The shop has a good variety of products. What they do not have on the floor can easily and quickly be ordered. The shop's staff is knowledgeable about products and experienced in dealing with equipment. I had my bicycle cleaned and serviced here and am happy to say that I was very pleased with the result. Non-Chinese speakers need not worry as English is also catered for by the staff.

If you’re in Tainan or the surrounding areas, you won’t find a better shop. Great customer service, good prices, and friendly and knowledgeable staff.nThis is the only place I go to get parts and service for my bike, which I also bought there.

We wanted to rent touring bicycles to head up to the mountains from Tainan. Cowboy and the staff outfitted us with great bicycles, gave us a lot of great advice, and were generally friendly.nnAccidentally broke my derailleur and someone from the shop came out to replace my bike an hour outside Tainan. I can't recommend this place enough.
