Defective goods return and exchange. It may be a problem with the mall system and has nothing to do with the front desk staff (the front desk staff has a good attitude). When buying goods, they say that there is a 7-day appreciation period. If the goods are defective, they can be returned or exchanged. Things that have been bought for less than a few days are defective (the defects here refer to non-human factors, such as a hole in the new socks, a hole in the new socks, a broken weld on the phone holder, etc.).
