The service attitude is extremely poor. Eslite, who came to Tainan for the first time, encountered a high-ranking clerk. I entered the shop around 8:30 in the evening of January 31, 2021. The clerk who served me was a service staff named Guo.nWhen scanning the invoice carrier, I was asked to bring my mobile phone closer. After the details were given to me with one hand, I didn't say thank you, the service was not completed, and the leather bags were all confiscated, so I shouted to pick up the next customer, as if to drive away the customer.nnWhen I checked out here, a man next door was checking out, as if it was a customer ordering book. The checkout staff in that row said loudly: We have customers ordering books every day, and they say a lot. I don’t know you are Which one to order. After that, the counter on my side had not finished processing my part, so I answered the call and shouted: Sir, call me, you can check. Then let me be beside me not knowing what to do.nnI bought three things and checked out twice. Both times I checked out with the same female clerk surnamed Guo. The whole consumer experience was very poor. I was very disappointed and angry with the depravity of Eslite's service!
