The best bread in Kaohsiung, however, all too often the shelves a empty. For some reason they open at 11am but don't get stock in until 3 or 4pm. Frustrating when you depend on products and you can't get them.

It's bread. It's good bread. French bread styled with Asian seasonings like other bakeries in Taiwan. Vastly enjoyed their rum raisin bread. The bread is crunchy on outside, soft, spongy, on inside. Excellent texture.
