Great atmosphere, music level is soft and you can have a decent conversation. Great service from the bar tenders who take their craft seriously.nThe only down side is it's quite smokey.

Smokey, noisy. Full of kids who can’t hold their liquor. Ruins the otherwise classy decor and ambience. Maybe go on a weekday when only the adults are there.

This is by far the greatest (speak easy) bar in Kaohsiung, if not in Taiwan. Well-hidden, nice atmosphere, large selection of spirits, superb decor and still reasonably priced for the quality you get. Other jazz / whiskey / speak easy bars in Kaohsiung don't even come close to this place. Bar keepers are highly professional. People who gave a 1 star rating either haven't been there or don't know how to appreciate quality drinks. Best place in Kaohsiung for a great drink with chill atmosphere, hands down!
