There are plenty choices of stationary, but the service is terrible. I bought an earphone and it was not working. I tried to refund it the next day. The staff did not allow me to refund, saying that I can only exchange another product at the same price or I have to pay more for other products. This is totally nonsense. I didn't break the earphone. It wasted my time to bring it back for refund, and I was asked to pay more to exchange another product??!! Is this their trick to force customers to pay more.

A big stationary store, clean, spacious, tidy, big product range with reasonable price.
