Went to the store and bought some breakfast. The front section seats were filled with people. Hence, I went to the aft section. The staff told me that I can sit there but they won't on the light . Afterwards, 2 more people came to that section. I asked whether they can switch on the lights. The staff told me only at noon they will switch on. I told the staff their stand post states they will open that section at 9am. However, She just ignored me . I think they should be flexible regarding the opening of that section and switching on the lights when there are customers there.

Commodities are diversified, service is attentive, and customer needs are listened carefully.
