Leesing Hotel - Qixian

The information of “resting 3 hours” on booking.com is terribly unclear. As we arrived to check in, the woman at the counter said really clear that she couldn’t speak English and used a translator to explain to us that we booked only for resting(3hrs) and the price was NTD$999. If we wanna stay for one night it would be three thousand something. We double checked on booking.com and with the Italian version, they didn’t show it was just for resting. (My husband is Italian) We could only see that once we switched to English or Chinese version. I think it’s not the hotel’s fault, but this is something so confusing for customers honestly.

The staffs are unprofessional at front counter. The room is clean but it’s humid and the towels are old. The breakfast is acceptable. Valuable price.

it's scandalous that I booked one night through Booking.com and at the desk they said it was only for 3 hours. The hotel manager should do something about it, immediately! I double check on Booking and there is nowhere that you can see the limit of stay.nAttached the picture of cancelled reservation
