Definitely one of the best pizzas available in Kaohsiung - and if they made a few tweaks they could certainly become the best spot in the country as you can tell they have a real focus on quality.nnIt would be really nice if they added the option to add extra ingredients on Uber and their site. Having the option to customize your pizzas further is essential!nnThe quality of the ingredients and toppings is impeccable. The tomatoes they use are sweet and rich in flavor. The sauce is chunky, however, which takes away from the sauce/cheese emulsion you get in an authentic New York style pizza.nnThe oven is also clearly not hot enough, as their excellent dough doesn’t crisp up as it would in a hotter oven and the fat separates from the mozzarella.

This is one of the best spots in Kaohsiung for authentic pizza from America! It is not Italian style by any means if you are looking for traditional Neapolitan pizza. Don’t expect that when you go. Instead, be prepared for a mouth watering experience of great toppings and a unique crust with an array of choices for toppings..nnMmm mm mmmmm + nomnomnom = Opizza

quality american style pizza joint! haven't had a bad pie from them yet, always consistently delicious. don't skimp on sauce at all like a lot of pizza places do in this part of the world.nnnothing negative to say!
