Having the option to customize your pizzas further is essential!nnThe quality of the ingredients and toppings is impeccable. The tomatoes they use are sweet and rich in flavor. The sauce is chunky, however, which takes away from the sauce/cheese emulsion you get in an authentic New York style pizza.nnThe oven is also clearly not hot enough, as their excellent dough doesn’t crisp up as it would in a hotter oven and the fat separates from the mozzarella.

This is one of the best spots in Kaohsiung for authentic pizza from America! It is not Italian style by any means if you are looking for traditional Neapolitan pizza. Don’t expect that when you go.
