A great experience every time. From the parking lot attendant (extremely welcoming and friendly, opened the gate for me immediately and the cost is only NT20 per day for scooters or NT100 per day for cars. The Uni Air staff was extraordinarily friendly, accommodating, informative, and helpful with every request. There's a help desk which offers a staggering number of free services (free umbrellas if needed, weather and fight updates, arrangements for transportation, etc.). The security checkpoint is handled in a very professional manner, and very efficiently. The safety and security is outstanding, with triple checks of identity and boarding passes. Uni Air offers an APP which allows you to book and pay very conveniently online. As we took the bus to the plane, a man in a wheelchair was brought on. They really took great care of him. Accessibility is excellent.
