Buddhist Dalin Tzu Chi General Hospital

Doctors and nurses are very nice and understanding BUT they don't take time to explain underlying health problems. Other staffs have no hospitality and are very unprofessional. If walk up and ask a simple question they would scoff at you or stay silent. The staffs also makes the environment unpleasant. If they are having a bad day they take it out on you. In addition, their motive seems to be behind money rather than compassion. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to another health facility then be at this one. Parking is a bit expensive too if you are staying there for less than one hour. Bottom line: They do their job(?), but most of the staffs aren't welcoming. This hospital runs like a monopoly.

It is nearly my university (NCCU) so I often come here for checking my health. The service is good. Doctors are good, patient and careful. It is not the famous hospital in Taiwan but it is acceptable. Price is acceptable.
