The MRT at the airport takes you straight into Taipei Main Station for NT$150 (Nov 2018) but note to catch the express rather than the commuter train. There are luggage racks for travellers and only two stops enroute to Taipei, taking only 35 minutes.nnTop tip, get a Yoyo card, which is a multi use card that you can tag on and off on the entire mrt system, buses and even for the city's network of UBikes (upon registration).

A unique MRT station for Novotel Taipei Taoyuan hotel, but the station is not connected with hotel, every guest must came out to the surface and walk to the hotel lobby, that's a lousy construction planning.
