The staff is very courteous and friendly. The place is clean including the bathrooms. However, it's not for the faint of heart or the tender skinned. They found every single knot in my body during the full body massage. The foot exfoliation was great. He used some interesting looking knives to remove layers of dead skin from the bottom of my feet.
