What an excellent weekend, we have stayed at this property several times and decided to spend our anniversary here. Angel and the team did a great job of making it a special weekend and preparing a great upgrade to our room. They went above and beyond in everything. I would recommend staying at this property when you get the chance.

Lovely hotel, unique design and trendy rooms. Our suite had plenty of water, a sleep sound machine, Bose speaker system in the living room and bedroom, nice toiletries, and a wonderful view of Taipei 101 and the Xinyi district. Afternoon tea was expensive but uniquely Taiwanese. Worth the cost for the atmosphere and view. Breakfast was delicious-lots of options and airy with mask rule enforced. We were surprised with a NICE bottle of wine, brownies, and sparkling water in the evening, free of charge in our suite. Nice touch.

Great hotel with exceptional service. The high-quality breakfast buffet has an expansive selection. Their gym facilities and olympic-sized pool are top-notch. To top it off, the staff went above and beyond bringing a whiteboard to our room so my husband and I could take Mandarin lessons from the comfort of our hotel room!

The service was excellent with welcoming staff, and our stay was so relaxing. This quote says it all: “The service was so good that they could sit back, relax and enjoy the experience.”The reception staff was professional and willing to attend any request by phone or in person. Decent room amazing atmosphere, beautiful decor and hotel facilities. (especially the pool area). Overall it was just perfect!
