I service my car here and I can tell you that the service is just amazing. They are nice and polite. You get to relax in there world-class lounge upstairs. They got the latest mazdas in there show room. You can also book a test drive with them and try out all the models. They also can speak English if ever you can't speak Chinese. I'm very satisfied and happy with their services.

Make an appointment almost two weeks ago, but in exchange for waiting. 4.5 hours of this result?nnSecond, the official website needs to fill in relevant forms such as maintenance items, which clearly explain what services they want to do, but when they arrive at the scene, they say that the guests themselves did not call to order materials, so please come back next week? For nearly two weeks, no commissioner confirmed with me. Only two appointment reminders were sent. How do customers who want to replace parts for the first time know that it’s useless to just fill in the form, and they need to place an order from the original factory? I very much doubt whether the staff training has not paid attention to the follow-up matters after reminding staff to collect the appointment form? If filling in the form is useless, why design a seemingly complete but useless form for customers to fill out? This problem is not only the Neihu factory, but also encountered in other original maintenance factories, thinking that the flagship is different, it seems to be the same.nnIn the end, I just want to say that it took a lot of time for the warranty and it is rare to write a review.
