Receptionist 0/5nShe refused to use my legal Chinese name and insisted on using my English name instead, it reminded me of having my name being made fun of by the other children when I was young, I guess it is guaranteed that people will grow larger, but not guaranteed that people will grow more mature.nnDentist 4/5nProfessional, diligent, spoke English and ChinesennDental Technicians 4/5nProfessional, trustworthy, spoke some English(enough to get the job done) and Chinesenkudos to whoever trained them so consistently since all three that served me were excellentnnThere was poor communication between the dentist and the receptionist, the dentist told me one thing, the receptionist told me the opposite, only after I asked and had the dentist come to the front did the misprescribing get corrected. They are only allowed to prescribe 3 days of antibiotics (not their fault, bad laws in TaiWan). Their medication had no expiration date on the label.nnOn the positive side, this clinic was in operation on a Saturday, so very convenient for those too busy at work. The pricing of this clinic is similar to the nearby hospitals and similar to pricing in the US as well.

Nice and clean facility.

Busy place with rude customer service. Dishonest pricing. Was quoted 3000nt for soft night guard. Told them multiple times wasn’t interested in the hard night guard. However they kept pushing for 8000nt hard night guard. They gave impression of my teeth multiple times because of their miscalculation of how wide my upper teeth. Ended up charging me 4000nt for the soft ones for the reason of miscommunication. F this place! At least come up with a reasonable excuse.
