At NTU hospital they are constantly processing high volumes of patients efficiently and with a happy attitude. I was in and out for my follow-up in less than 30 mins. Moreover, my previous recent experience in the ER department was very positive. All of the doctors and many of the staff can speak English. What’s more, they offer online appointment booking in English. The best place in Taiwan to go for any serious health concerns. The attitude of the staff is impressive considering how busy it gets.

I want to give my deepest gratitude to the nursing staff in 15C. Each of them had demonstrated utmost professionalism and personal care to my family member during the stay. They respond quickly to our needs and questions and gave excellent care treating a patience as a respected human being. I also would like to thank the physical therapists and the speech therapist. They were personable, humorous, and skilled in their field of expertise. Job well done, please keep up the good work!

Had to pay 500 nt with insurance just to see a doctor for 2 minutes and hear the most basic advice. Dermatology department is bad

The worse hospital ever. I had Googled and went to see Dr. 李章銘 thinking he is the best doctor for esophagus related issues. I was in the hospital for more than a week. He came to see me once a day for two minutes and refused to answer any questions. Gave me the the wrong diagnose. After my discharge, I was able to fly to the USA during COVID-19 times and have my problem fixed in Kaiser. What a horrible experience.

Good hospital but gets crowded sometimes. You can see patients on the hallway. But I can see, they are manageable. And sometimes it consume your time waiting than your main reason why your there. I like it sometimes, there are performances in the lobby area which for the mean time ease or gives joy to the patients, family, and to all the people. There are several food, coffe, drink shops at B1 where you can eat and dine. Convenient stores, pharmacies, and groceries are available too.
