They do no close at 10pm as stated. Arrived at 9:55 to pick up some cold medicine and the two ladies at the cash register wouldn’t ring us up. Apparently getting off on time matters way more than the customers at this Watsons.

The male clerk has a very poor attitude. He only shakes his head and makes no sound when asking questions. Is it a person with a sound impairment? If so, forgive him, isn't it basic for the service industry to answer commodity questions? I am also in the service industry. I have hundreds of customers asking me the way every day, and I will answer them too!
