Bought a fan here which didn't work and tried to get a refund but because there's 3 parts to the receipt and apparently I'm missing one, I couldn't get a refund and had to exchange to something else. Okay, fine follow the terms BUT having me to line up at the back of the line twice when I was the first person at the cashier before there was a line then that's ridiculous.nNot even an apology, not even a thank you, not even a bye.

The discharge of lipstick samples was messy, and the corresponding color numbers were not found.nAt the checkout, the clerk kept selling new products, and asked further questions about the difference with the old one, but the clerk couldn’t tell... he insisted on selling more expensive products, and the shopping process felt very bad.
