Not an actually library where you can study. Need to make an appointment and overall inconvenient. If you’re just trying to look at the books and view the building, then this is a nice place. If you’re actually trying to come and do work don’t waste your time

We discovered this place by accident and couldn’t help but stayed for more than an hour just enjoying the space and the books. It was a nice place to chill and unwind.

An absolutely breathtaking establishment.nHistorical sites rebuilt and opened to the public (appointments only)nAn old Japanese style house with colonial Taiwan history; you’re welcomed with the smell of cedar wood and books and surrounded by old relics from the past.nWe stumbled across this site and were lured in by its appearance. Due to some cancelled appointments, we were honored with the privilege to visit without one. I will definitely come back.
