High values against prices. The lu-wei ( braised dishes) was recommended yet the texture of the rice noodle was not as imagined (wasn’t chewy and a bit too “fragmentary”.

It's an affordable and good quality meal around xinyi district, most of restaurants are expensive, but hu Tao definitely will have you a pleasure
