This is a aged restaurant, now owned and run by 2nd generation of the founder's family. I love the white soup flavor: salt based, rich in cow's grease and foreign spices. Please understand this restaurant is under-rated here because their food is never local. It reminds me the days I stayed far north-eastern China, that the food has the same flavor.

Great tasting Halal Taiwanese beef noodles. The meat is well cooked. Being chewy and tender at the.same time, it proves quite an experience.

Good value as well as taste in a quiet location in the city center. I got the bowl with all the works... Beef, tendon, and tripe. The soup base was full of sweet beefy flavor.
