A great place if you have a good sense of humour and sarcasm in abundance. Nice pipes everywhere. You won't see nicer pipes in all of Taiwan.

The low entry fee (NT$50) reflects how little there is to see in this park. The main building is poorly restored and rough around the edges. However, I did enjoy the trails behind the park that goes up the mountain behind it.

Though small, it is a beautiful building especially when during cherry blossoms in early spring. There is a short trial behind the museum which can take you to the treasure hill.
