Taiyuan Asian Puppet Theatre Museum

One of the last places my ex took me to in Formosa/ Taiwan was a puppet theatre. I learned alot and had a memorable visit there and will hold dear the memory of my visit. Also remember the video game dancing at host's place. I would suggest planning to go to this theatre asap by putting it on your itinerary early in your visit. You'll soon regard it as mystical educational & as a wonderful place to discover as I found it to be. Thx to all!!

Went with my wife and 2 year old. Would suggest skipping this one unless you have a particular interest in puppetry.nnThere are a few puppets to play and a reasonable display covering the history of puppetry. Some displays were poorly maintained or not open. We spent 40 minutes there and saw everything. Entry was $30NT.

Really lovely place to look around if you’re exploring this area. Not very big, 30 mins to look around but there is plenty to bring you to this neighbourhood and the museum is unusual and interesting

Small, unique place, can play with the puppets, show available on weekends. Entrance fee applicable.

Interesting stuff in a space that needs to be expanded so all that material could be properly displayed.
