Came to the police station, because I wanted to file a report about my lost ID card. I was greeted by an officer who spoke English immediately. After he told me to sit in the waiting area, after listening to my story, that's where I was for over half an hour. I eventually had to leave for work myself, no report filed and no credentials taken.

I received excellent service from the duty sergeant here, who submitted a report for me concerning a Youbike which I hadn't returned correctly. He apologised for his lack of English even though he made himself understood very clearly. I appreciate your taking the time to help me!
