Experience was good like most fine dining starred restaurants. I came on a weekday lunch and had the option between two set course meals. Food itself was ok. It was pretty heavy on the duck which I’m normally not a fan of. There was a pig knuckle and mussel dish that was NOT it. Their bread and butter was incredible.nnI’m highlighting the bread at a Michelin restaurant.. 4 stars for their staff and glass windows to look into the kitchen.
I thought the food and service were all well presented. I’m not sure if it’s 2 star Michelin caliber as I had better but then again it’s personal preference. The fish and roes were all well made. The soy flavored chocolate was also enticing. Can check this place out for sure.
Except for their exceptional service and cuisine, I personally love this “鄉愁茶韻” so much. It’s a combination of textures, flavors and ideas. An appropriate dessert to conclude the menu.
Most of the food was ok and the staff was nice. The wine pairing didn’t match the food as well as I’d like, the dessert was disappointing and the whole thing was expensive. There are definitely better places to go for fine dining.
The chef is very professional with the ingredients matching; the food’s layers are distinct and delicious! The service is excellent too! Hope to visit again in the future!
