Absolutely delicious, hearty VEGAN (and GLUTEN FREE!) Spanish food in a relaxed and cosy setting! Massive thanks to Chef Pablo who designed a tasting menu to cater to our 2 tricky diets. I didn't think it would be possible to eat proper Spanish cuisine again (which is often big on meat, seafood, cheese and eggs) now that I have moved towards plant-based eating. However, the 5 dishes he created were seriously impressive, filling and big on flavours! We were looked after very well by the staff and chef who gave us introductions to our dishes. We left with very happy, full bellies and can't wait to come back for more!
