5 star service. A restaurant that really cares.nnThe pork ribs were very dry and I told our waitor(a trainee) about it and he apologized for the experience and left. I didn’t expect much. Just a trainee.nnThen his superior(maybe shift manager) came and asked me what was wrong. Explained again. He listened then left.nnAnd finally the restaurant manager came and asked me about the pork ribs. He eventually brought back another small rack with softer texture.nnI was impressed with how the trainee escalated the issue to the shift manager and finally the manager.nnWould go back again!
The menu has changed since the last time I came it's more streamlined I guess, still very good options.nnThe only issue I see is with service specially if you come in big groups normally they should ask you from the beginning of you want to pay separate or together but being honest I don't see people just paying one whole bill and than arranging the payout ok themselves.nnThis causes a delay when you want to pay and the service understandably gets frustrated a bit, than again it makes it really difficult to pay for service charge when there is an issue with the service. Something that can be easily resolved by just asking from the start . We spent an hour today waiting to settle the bills that's not Ok. Hopefully this can be fixed.
It’s hilarious to have as little as possible sauces served @ Chili’s Taipei Xinyi area, no matter what volume of fajitas you ordered!! What a big joke to ruin the right taste of the fajitas by Offering So Little!!! The sauce/sour cream/salsa/guacamole portion are enough for only 1/3 of the dish, and then they charge you $150 for extra sauce!!!! The biggest joke for an American restaurant to do! One tiny spoonful of sour cream, guacamole, etc. lame

i moved here from california which is known for fantastic mexican food. i can truly say that the pulled pork wet burrito is just as good if not better than many taquerias i’ve had. it always satisfies my cravings when i’m missing mexican food. 10/10. absolutely delicious.
