Normally I go to another location. Just happened to be around the neighborhood and this was more convenient. Smaller, but comfortable, nice decor. My massage was good, consistent with other location. Had a problem, there was construction going on close by which was using the drills and that drilling noise continued for almost half of the two hour massage. I didn't request to change room because I didn't think that would make any difference. I said something to my massage therapist, she apologized for the noise. I think we both were hoping it would go away quickly. Nope! The management didn't come in. Finally, before I left the facility, I told the receptionist that they should have told me about the construction ahead of time and the noise gave me a headache. He apologized and gave me a $500 discount coupon. I wish they had either told me beforehand or gave me a different room if that made a difference. My massage was not enjoyable!

Relatively more expensive of the average massage places but the experience is worthy for every cent.nPeople are very nice and friendly. The environment is relaxing.

Great staff and service. Relaxing atmosphere and the ginger tea is a nice touch.
