We two girls got reservation for two female aromatherapist online, and got the phone call for confirmation this morning, I said not assign specific therapist, since this is my first time to this massage place, don’t know any specific therapist.nnBut, they arranged one male and one female for us, and just palm off their responsibility to clients, said that the system always show default and they confirmed with me not assigned specific therapist by phone call?! I have chosen Two female therapist online! And just said not specific name of therapist since I didn’t know anyone here! Also they didn’t give us any sincerely apologies, just skipped this topic after massage process., seems not care less what clients feel.nThe service of dealing problem is very very bad and unacceptable.nnOnly one pros is the therapist were professional and nice, atmosphere and environment was cozy. So only 2 stars I could rate.nn櫃檯處理問題的能力和態度超差uff0c我們兩個女生在線上預約兩個女師傅uff08油壓&指壓uff09uff0c電話確認時只詢問是否有指定的師傅uff0c我回答第一次來沒有認識請他們安排即可。但到場時安排了一男一女的師傅就算了uff0c是否有顧慮過客戶的感受uff1f一個包廂裡面其中一位油壓會裸體uff0c同包廂內會有男師傅uff1fnn我詢問為何在線上是預約兩位女師傅卻這樣安排uff0c還推給客戶說內部系統不管客戶線上怎麼選擇都會跳預設值uff0c還說電話確認時我們自己回覆說不指定uff1f不指定的意思是我沒有認識uff0c但我明明在線上已預約女師傅uff0c沒有誠意的道歉和處理還把問題推給客戶uff0c完全不能理解這種邏輯和做事方式uff0c明明是花錢來享受uff0c卻很不細心周到的服務uff0c大扣分uff01nn因為按摩師很細心uff0c也很專業uff0c我還願意給兩顆星。

The masseuse Elena was very skillful. The environment was quite nice. I had a relaxing afternoon. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Disappointed! Was being advised that can book time windows first and then choose massage courses when arrive. However, when two of us wanted to choose aromatherapy courses with female therapists, they said only one therapist available and the other one must choose the other course. and only being told that only male therapist available when we further clarify. their service seems not professional or up to standard at all with this price level.
