This is one of the best spas in Taipei. I'm so glad I found this place while vacationing here. I was breaking out due to the stress from traveling and was in need of a facial. Upon arrival to Jen Spa, their staff greeted me warmly and was very friendly. We went over my current skin condition after I filled out the skin questionnaire. For customers who cannot read Chinese like me, they do provide the questionnaire in English which is appreciated. After we discussed about the areas I wanted to improve, he introduced the products the spa uses for their facials. All their products are organic and they also incorporate essential oils into their regimen. Depending on your skin type, they will choose the products that is most suitable for your skin for the facial.nnJen then began the facial and I must say this was the best facial I've ever had. Her techniques were phenomenal and the extractions were gentle but effective. I really enjoyed the facial massage along with the other massages performed (scalp, neck, shoulder, arm and hand). Jen is very professional and experienced in what she does. She gave me a lot of tips for my acne-prone skin. The atmosphere of the spa was very relaxing and the blanket heater provided kept me nice and warm throughout the facial.nnAt the end of the treatment, they provided me with a bowl of snow fungus & red date soup which was delicious. Both Jen & her coworker were very friendly during the whole process and we chatted like old friends. They found out I was in Taiwan for vacation and gave me recommendations of restaurants to visit. I'm so sad I only found out about this place at the end of my 2 week stay. Jen suggested places outside of Taipei that I can visit when I return to Taiwan in the future. They even gifted me an essential oil roller that I can use on the plane which was very sweet of them. I will definitely come back here again the next time I come to Taiwan.

The best spa experience I've ever had in Taipei! The surrounding there is absolutely nice and cozy, not to mention the professional aromatherapists. Personalized essential oil treatment which is based on both your physical and mental condition. No matter you're a local or a tourist, after a long day shopping or working, Jen Spa is definitely the best place for you to soothe your nerves and body.

It’s different between the others I’ve ever gone. I recommend try this one, u ganna have wonderful experience !
