Taipei Arena

Iceland is very fun for skating! Tickets for one tween and one adult for two hours cost $430 NT. The ticket-buying process is painfully slow: first, you get a ticket to wait in line. Then you are called up to the counter. ONE woman was selling tickets: the line inched along. Many people were waiting. We finally got in and began skating. Although it was a week day, there were quite a few people. Nevertheless, the skating was lovely! The 15° temp was perfect: chilly enough to make you want to get moving but not freezing. A great time was had by all!

This place is Fun for kids but there a lot going on at the same time ie classes. Condition of ice is is B at the most when I visited. The rented skates are strong F, no humans can use them more than an hour. Plus they are so dull that it is hard to skate. If you bring your own skates, this place is a B.

Arena is a large place with big crowds, typically youngsters. Great ice rink if you want to practice.... good Peking right next to it

Currently working with 歌剧魅影 at the arena. Really wonderful front of house and backstage. Such lovely crowds
