TBH, the worst IWC shopping experience I have ever had...nThe final price was not the same as they “told me” when I paid the deposit. (Actually only $NTD 200 different but I don’t like the style they did). My card got charged 4 times bcoz of their card machine issue, and the total time was around 2 hrs for just paid the money... really the worst...

The consultant Ms. Lu's service and attitude are very good and will not make people stressful. The features and details of each watch are very professional. Very recommended to buy from her!

Service staff have a snobbery attitude and excessive sales
