Rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The three person room we stay does not have enough windows though. Breakfast is excellent!

Really good offer for a night and there's a small balcony outta the room.

Mediocre hotel with good location. Ok decor and average service. Actually service I received was bad, not helpful.nnI can directly 2 nights in elegant Silks hotel Hualien. Forgot to reserve shuttle service, staff turned me down explaining 3-day advance notice must be made to take the free shuttle, without giving other suggestions. No is not the best answer for customer, when necessary it must not be the only answer.nnCheck-in was ok, staff was a bit wacky and out in another world. Parking is not the best, it’s 3 blocks away from the hotel.nnCrowded space, small room. I had a family room for 4, with wooden toys. Room is really ok, like IBIS hotel, but I paid 7200NTD/night. It’s 3 times the price of an IBiS.nnAt this price, I will not return again. For 3000/night, maybe.nnBut I do not see any good reason why this hotel should deserve TripAdvisor awards.

The room was nice and clean but personally I don't like their services and breakfast.

Great Hotel. The room was very clean and the bed in particular was the perfect mixture of soft top but firm feel. I have a nut and peanut allergy, and I am always grateful when staff are thorough when they check for nuts. At their buffet breakfast, they explained what every dish had in it (and even explained what had sesame and red bean, which I am not allergic too). Good location (15 minute walk to the night market and beach). The hotel also has a shuttle service, which you can arrange in advance to bring you to and from the train station or airport.
