Hualien Cultural and Creative Industries Park

This used to be a rice wine factory. It was more vibrant when I visited few year ago, with shops and cafes. Now it is being transformed into a cultural / artistic space - but still in the process and it was pretty sleepy when we visited recently. But I still enjoy the architecture and the space

Very nice place to hangout with your family or your friends, there are some chairs to sit down, overall, the park is quite but some times it has street performances which will be interesting, you can take a walk or run easily and conveniently, there is some shops that you can buy some souvenir or food.

It is a relaxing public space that also a place for selling local handy crafts. You will enjoy here.

Nice place to take pictures and walk around, but when we got there (5pm on a Tuesday) there was no shops or exhibitions so it's just walk and take pictures.
