I am from italy ,I live in Taiwan, I love kindness hualien , is a great hotel, clean,no noise,service perfect,room big and cleani can give 9/10

As soon as you enter this 15 storey hotel, you’re greeted with a beautiful lobby and huge dining area to the right side.nnAfter a quick check-in, it was off to the dining area where they offer free 24-hour non-alcoholic drinks like coffee and juice, plus ice cream! There’s also cake, cookies, and other little snacks as well.nnFree breakfast. Free Midnight Snack coupon. Free complimentary use of bicycles. Free use of washing machines and dryers.nnThe room is excellent and I got a very good room rate as well.nnThis is a five star hotel in my books!nnNote: Taiwanese residents can get a 1000 NTD discount off the regular daily rate, and 200 NTD in Night Market coupons.

Good place great breakfast buffet.

Clean and Neat Hotel. Good location and Free Supper, Very nice porridge. Will recommend friends to stay in this Hotel. Keep up the good job!
