I think the aesthetic of this place was lovely, and the employee there was very nice. My only complaint was that online it said it was a Chinese and English bookstore, so I was expecting more English books. But I still found a book to love and there are lots of spots to sit and read!

A little bookstore tucked away along one of Hualien's many winding lanes and alleyways. It was rumored these kinds of bookstores went extinct last decade but here one still stands. Go and experience it yourself before they're all gone! They offer coffee and a little backroom for reading and studying. The English books seem to have been curated by a Lit major, which is a good thing.

Great litlle book shop/ cafe. The English section maybe small but the place is definitely amazing!

Quite a few english books- Just one section of Novels, biographies and educational books. Rates are very cheap . collection of Chinese books is large. Bonuuuussssss- There are two floofs chonks (cats) to play with while your girlfriend sits there and search through the books.
