new staff not very happy

I had a very safe and comfortable stay here. The breakfast hear was great, full of variety and very sumptuous !!

Very nice with a lot of information and brochures which can be especially useful for the first-time traveller. Found them to be quite helpful and knowledgeable as well. I signed up for the 东线观光之旅 through them. Honestly it was quite a good and worth it itinerary but the driver had abit of an attitude problem ... when some of us ask questions about pickup location for individual sites, he answered us as though he was scolding us ... baffled me quite abit because none of us were late.

Just want to confirm a bus. They said the bus wont come over here, pls go the front and wait. ud83dude11and they said they dont know what is the bus look like.

Don't waste your time coming here. They understood English, but were very unhelpful and also laughed at us when we explained that we were concerned about snakes in the area. Very unprofessional. They have a free cold/warm/hot water dispenser though, which might be useful.
