An awesome find in Hualien. I wish there was one in Taipei.nThis is healthy and fresh vegan food, with many options.nNot oily. No MSG used.nThe fresh pumpkin and yams were a nice surprise.nThey are busy, so the buffet style food is constantly rotated.

The place is packed with locals, a bufe of vegan food where pay by the of weight your selection.n30-40 kind of dishes, some i liked a lot and some non at all.nExtremly nice owner (didnt spoke much english but was very willing to help).

This is my absolute go-to. The best vegan place to get the most bang for your buck. So many tofu and vegetable options. (Be careful to avoid the egg tofu, etc. if you’re vegan). I do wish their options changed occasionally, as I’m a regular, but I’m still happy with what they have to offer. The staff are all so friendly and always greet me when I come in. They’ve even let me come in at times when I didn’t realize they were closed.nOh and their sushi is awesome! It’s so nice to be able to have vegan sushi. It goes fast in the late morning and early evening.
