Amazing place, great atmosphere and all around pleasant dining!
It is a very good place for good sushi, if not the best in Hsinchu. It is a very tiny take-away with just a few tables outside in front of the store, but the quality and taste is outstanding. The staff and the chef are masters and kind and helpful. We did not speak Chinese and the chef and staff did not speak English but they took their time to understand us and in the end we got the best sushi we ever had in Hsinchu. And we even got some nice additional dishes free on top. For the future, they promised to write an English menu for us and other foreign guests. We will come back many times. Thank you for the delicious experience.
