There is a sign to keep quiet in the study room here, but it is often the librarian who makes the loudest noise, which is ironic enough.

The study room has independent seats, which is very comfortable.nAnd there is no WiFi, it is a good place for people to refresh their studies.n9/30 update: It seems that some seats have WiFi and some do not, so it is increased to 4 stars.

The parking lot does not belong to the library, so the public office staff can't stop after half-hours at 17:30. I find it inconvenient. There is a charge for parking on the opposite side...
