The environment is nice, quirky. The staff are friendly and helpful, and our waiter was nice and spoke good English. Unfortunately the food wasn't very good. Most of it was luke warm: we had to send the fries back because they were cold, and the mozzarella sticks didn't stretch because they weren't hot enough. For a restaurant of its caliber, I expected much better. The long island iced tea was nice, and it was BOGOF which is always good. But for two people, spending over 2k, the quality of the food should be so much better.

Great service. The food is your typical TGI Fridays food, but the service was superb. We ordered buy one get one free ribs special, and forgot to take our free ribs with us when we leave. When we contacted the management they immediately knew who we were (we are not a frequent visitors at that location at all), and resolved our issue right away. Great job
